The City Council met in Regular Session in the Council Chambers; Mayor Dale Roberts called
the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.; City Clerk Ruby Miller called the roll and the following Aldermen answered to their names: Jim Sarnes, Portia Brown, Greg Cox, Randy Bell, Jim Stroh, Charles Campbell & Brenda Stadsholt. Absent: Don Bryant. A quorum was present. Meeting taped. Attorney Blake Lindner was in attendance.
The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was repeated by City Officials and Guests.
